Doctoral subjects
As a rule, doctoral projects can only be supervised in one of the designated doctoral subjects. In justified cases, the Doctoral Committee may also allow supervision for another subject. A list of doctoral subjects can be found in the appendix of the current doctoral regulations.
Participation in graduate schools
Doctoral candidates are members of the Departmental Graduate Schools upon admission. They can leave, but then require a second supervisor who is a professor in the faculty.
