News: The University of Cologne votes online!

In the period from 09.12.2024 to 13.12.2024, the university committees (Senate, Equal Opportunities Commission, SHK Council and Closer Faculties) will be elected online this year.

The electoral register can also be viewed online and is available from 16.10.2024 to 04.11.2024 12:00 via a button on the website mentioned below. Checking your details is essential for the online election, as subsequent changes can no longer be made after the expiry of the display period!
Activation of uniKIM or Smail is required to view the electoral roll and to vote in the voting system at a later date!
If you have any questions about activating your ID etc., please contact the helpdesk in good time.

Election proposals can be submitted in writing or electronically from 14.10.2024 until 25.10.2024 (3 p.m. / midnight). The forms for submitting election proposals can be found below on the website of Department 1. Please note the changed requirements for supporting signatures when submitting your election proposal.
