The BMBF is planning the DATI - "German Agency for Transfer and Innovation". Leading up to this, the BMBF just announced a new funding call DATIpilot: "Innovation Sprints". The application is straight-forward and requires only a short sketch of the research project until 31.08.2023. If you want to apply, please inform department 73 as early as possible(a73_Antragverw.uni-koeln.de). BMBF | DATIpilot: Innovation Sprints
Aim | Focused on transfer of research results into concrete applications. Prerequisite are existing research results or promising concepts with a sound data basis that are considered to have a high innovation potential. In particular, projects should be characterized by unusual/innovative approaches, perspectives or partnerships for transfer and co-creation. The originality of the project idea, the application potential and its social relevance are decisive for funding. |
Target group | Scientists who want to test or further develop a concrete, creative transfer or innovation idea, Individual or collaborative projects (max. 2 partners). All types of companies (including Start-ups) are eligible to apply as application partner. |
